This page covers what Wichita Septic Pumping (septictankpumpingwichita.com) collects and where it goes. It's short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Callback form. If you submit the form on our contact page, we receive the phone number, name, ZIP code, and any details you type. That information is forwarded to an independent local septic company this site works with, so they can call you back. We don't use it for anything else.
• Phone calls. The number on this site is a call-tracking number. When you call it, the call is forwarded to an independent local septic company, and the tracking service logs the call (caller number, time, duration) and may record it. That log is how calls from this site are counted and, where a referral fee applies, billed.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and doesn't track you across sites. It shows us page views and rough geography, nothing about you personally.

What we don't do

• No sale or rental of your information to anyone.
• No advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, no cross-site tracking.
• No sharing of form submissions with anyone other than the local septic companies that handle these requests.
• No accounts, no newsletters, no mailing lists.

Retention and questions

Form submissions exist as email; the receiving company keeps them as long as they need to handle your request. If you want a submission deleted, or have any privacy question, use the contact form and say so. We'll pass it along and follow up.

Hosting is provided by Cloudflare; like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard server logs (IP addresses, requested pages) to serve and secure the site.
